To set the time on your Citizen U200 watch, pull the crown out to the second click. Rotate the crown to set the desired time. Push the crown back in to start the watch.
If your Citizen U200 watch stops running, it might need a battery replacement or recharging if it is solar-powered. Consult your manual for recharging methods or take it to an authorized service center for a battery check.
Pull the crown out to the first click and rotate it to set the date. Make sure to avoid changing the date between 9 PM and 3 AM to prevent damage to the date mechanism.
If the chronograph hand is not resetting to zero, it may need recalibration. Refer to your watch manual for the calibration procedure or visit an authorized service center.
To maintain water resistance, ensure the crown is always pushed in and the case back is tightly sealed. Avoid exposing the watch to chemicals and have the water resistance checked annually by a professional.
Clean your Citizen U200 watch with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using soap or chemicals. For metal bands, use a toothbrush with soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
To set the alarm, pull the crown out to the first click and rotate to set the alarm time. Push the crown back in to activate the alarm. Make sure the alarm function is turned on.
If the solar charging is inefficient, ensure the watch is exposed to sufficient light. Avoid covering the dial and regularly expose the watch to direct sunlight to maintain battery charge.
To recalibrate the hands, pull the crown out to the second click, press the buttons following the manual instructions to adjust the hand positions, then push the crown back in to save settings.
If your Citizen U200 watch is not keeping accurate time, it may require a battery check or service. Ensure it's not exposed to magnetic fields and consult an authorized service center if the issue persists.
