To set the time, pull the crown out to the second click position, rotate it to adjust the hour and minute hands, and then push the crown back in. Ensure the watch is in Time Mode.
First, ensure the battery is charged by exposing the watch to light. If the watch still doesn't work, reset it by pulling out the crown and holding the buttons as per the manual, or consult a professional for battery replacement.
Place the watch on a stable surface near a window with the 12 o'clock position facing out. The watch should automatically sync overnight. You can also manually initiate syncing by pressing the appropriate button as described in the manual.
Pull the crown out to the first click and rotate it to adjust the date. Be sure not to change the date between 9 PM and 3 AM to avoid damaging the mechanism.
To perform a factory reset, pull the crown out, press and hold the buttons as indicated in the user's manual until the watch resets. This will clear all settings and calibrations.
Ensure the watch is within range of a signal source, such as an open window. Avoid interference from electronic devices and ensure the watch face is oriented correctly. Try syncing manually if automatic sync fails.
Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures and chemicals. Ensure the crown and pushers are secured before submersion. Have the water resistance checked annually by a professional.
Expose the watch to direct sunlight for several hours. If it doesn't charge, ensure the solar panel on the watch face is clean and unobstructed. Persistent issues may require professional inspection.
Use a soft brush and mild soapy water to clean the band. Rinse it thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or submerging leather bands in water.
It is recommended to service your watch every 3 to 5 years to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Regular battery checks and water resistance tests are advised.
