To set the time, pull the crown out to the second click. Rotate the crown to adjust the time, ensuring the AM/PM setting is correct. Push the crown back in to finish the setup.
The Eco-Drive feature uses solar power to charge the watch's battery, eliminating the need for regular battery replacements. The watch can charge from any light source, not just sunlight.
To reset the chronograph, press the bottom button to stop it, then press the top button to reset. The chronograph hand should move back to the 12 o'clock position.
If the watch stops, ensure it is exposed to light to charge the battery. If it does not start after charging, perform a reset by pulling the crown out to the second click and pushing it back.
To adjust the bracelet, use a pin removal tool to remove or add links as needed. Ensure the clasp is centered on your wrist for optimal comfort.
The Citizen H41x is water-resistant up to 100 meters, making it suitable for swimming and snorkeling but not for diving. Always ensure the crown is pushed in fully to maintain water resistance.
To check the power reserve, press the button at the 2 o'clock position. The second hand will move to indicate the power reserve level, with different positions representing different charge levels.
Routinely clean the case and bracelet with a soft cloth. Ensure the watch is exposed to light regularly to maintain the charge. Consider professional servicing every 2-3 years.
Pull the crown out to the first click. Rotate the crown to adjust the date. Avoid changing the date between 9 PM and 3 AM to prevent damage to the movement.
If the hands are misaligned, perform a hand alignment adjustment by pulling the crown out to the second click and pressing the buttons to align the hands to the correct positions.
