To set the time on your Citizen F900, pull the crown out to the time setting position. Rotate the crown to adjust the hour and minute hands to the desired time. Push the crown back in once the correct time is set.
Ensure that the watch is in an open area away from tall buildings or trees, which might obstruct the signal. Reset the GPS by pressing and holding the appropriate button for a few seconds until the indicator signals a reset.
To calibrate the compass, access the compass mode and rotate the watch in a full circle horizontally, ensuring a steady and level motion. Follow on-screen prompts if necessary.
Citizen F900 is a solar-powered watch and does not require a conventional battery replacement. Ensure the watch is exposed to light regularly to maintain charge. If issues persist, consult a Citizen service center.
Ensure the crown is always pushed in and secured. Avoid pressing buttons underwater, and have the water resistance checked annually at a service center to maintain its integrity.
Use a small pin or tool to press the pins on the links you wish to remove. Carefully slide out the pins to detach the links, then reassemble the bracelet to fit your wrist. Consult a jeweler if unsure.
This could be due to insufficient exposure to light. Ensure your watch is regularly exposed to sufficient light to maintain charge. If problems persist, seek professional servicing.
Use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe the case and bracelet. Avoid using soaps, solvents, or abrasive materials that could damage the watch. Use a dry cloth to finish.
Press and hold the reset button for several seconds until the watch resets. Refer to your user manual for specific instructions, as the process may vary slightly.
Use the hand alignment mode to adjust the position of the hands. Pull out the crown and press the appropriate buttons to move the hands until they align correctly with the markers.
