To load nails into the Bostitch N95RHN, first disconnect the air supply. Slide the pusher back to the locked position and insert a strip of nails into the magazine. Ensure the nails are pointed in the correct direction and release the pusher to apply pressure on the nails.
Check if the air pressure is adequate and within the recommended range (70-120 psi). Ensure the nailer is properly connected to the air supply. Inspect for any jams in the magazine or nosepiece and clear them.
Use compatible and high-quality nails to minimize jamming. Regularly clean the magazine and nosepiece to remove debris. Ensure nails are loaded correctly and the air pressure is set appropriately.
Regularly oil the nailer with pneumatic tool oil to keep it lubricated. Clean the feed system and nosepiece to prevent debris build-up. Inspect O-rings and seals for wear and replace them as needed.
Adjust the depth of drive by rotating the depth adjustment wheel located near the trigger. Turn it clockwise for deeper penetration and counterclockwise for shallower drive. Test on scrap material to ensure the desired depth.
Air leaks from the exhaust port may indicate worn or damaged O-rings or seals. Disassemble the tool and inspect these components, replacing any that are worn or damaged. Ensure all screws and fittings are tightened securely.
Always wear safety goggles and hearing protection. Ensure the work area is clear of bystanders. Disconnect the air supply before loading nails, making adjustments, or performing maintenance. Use the nailer on appropriate materials only.
Ensure the air pressure is consistent and within the recommended range. Check for any obstruction in the nosepiece or magazine. Verify that the depth adjustment is set correctly and the tool is being held firmly during operation.
The Bostitch N95RHN is compatible with 15-degree wire-weld or plastic-collated coil nails. Ensure the nails are within the size range specified by the manufacturer for optimal performance.
Disconnect the air supply and remove any nails from the magazine. Clean the tool to remove dust and debris. Store it in a dry, cool place, ideally in a carrying case or tool box to protect it from damage.
