To load nails, ensure the nailer is disconnected from the air supply. Slide open the magazine, place the nails in the magazine with the pointed tips facing downwards, and close the magazine securely.
Disconnect the nailer from the air supply, open the magazine, and remove any jammed nails. Inspect the feed mechanism for any debris and clean if necessary before reloading.
Use the depth adjustment knob located near the trigger. Rotate it clockwise to drive nails deeper and counterclockwise for a shallower drive. Test on scrap material to ensure the desired depth.
The Bostitch N79WW is compatible with 15-degree wire-weld collated coil nails ranging from 1-1/4 inches to 2-1/2 inches in length.
Regularly clean the tool with compressed air, lubricate moving parts with pneumatic tool oil, and inspect for worn or damaged parts. Replace O-rings and seals as needed.
The recommended operating pressure for the Bostitch N79WW is between 70 to 120 PSI. Ensure your air compressor is set within this range for optimal performance.
Ensure the nailer is connected to a sufficient air supply and that the magazine is loaded with nails. Check for jams and inspect the trigger mechanism for any faults.
Ensure proper contact with the work surface before pulling the trigger and avoid "bumping" the nailer. Adjust the trigger sensitivity if necessary.
Always wear safety goggles, keep hands away from the nail outlet, disconnect the tool from the air supply when not in use, and do not point the nailer at yourself or others.
Check all fittings and connections for tightness. Inspect O-rings and seals for damage, and replace as necessary. Ensure the air hose is in good condition and properly connected.
