Bose Hearphones Quick Start Guide

To pair your Bose Hearphones with a Bluetooth device, turn on the Hearphones, then press and hold the Bluetooth button until you hear "Ready to pair." On your device, go to the Bluetooth settings and select "Bose Hearphones" from the list.
If your Bose Hearphones are not charging, ensure the charging cable is properly connected to both the Hearphones and a power source. Check if the charging port is clean and free of debris. Try using a different charging cable or power adapter if the issue persists.
To reset your Bose Hearphones, turn them off and wait for 30 seconds. Then, connect the Hearphones to a power outlet using a USB charger, wait 5 seconds, and disconnect the USB cable. Turn on the Hearphones again to complete the reset.
To update the firmware, download the Bose Connect app on your smartphone. Open the app, connect your Hearphones, and follow the on-screen instructions to check for and install any available updates.
To clean your Bose Hearphones, use a dry, soft cloth. Avoid using any liquids or abrasive materials. For the ear tips, remove them and rinse with warm water, then allow them to air dry completely before reattaching.
To adjust the noise cancellation level, use the Bose Hear app. Open the app, connect your Hearphones, and navigate to the noise cancellation settings to choose your preferred level.
Poor sound quality can be due to a loose connection or interference. Ensure your Hearphones are properly paired, and try moving closer to your Bluetooth device. Check for any obstructions or sources of interference that may affect the signal.
To increase battery life, turn off your Hearphones when not in use, reduce the volume, and limit the use of noise cancellation features. Regularly checking for firmware updates can also help optimize battery performance.
Bose Hearphones are not water-resistant, so it's best to avoid using them in the rain or exposing them to moisture. If they do get wet, dry them immediately with a soft cloth.
If your Hearphones keep disconnecting, ensure they are fully charged and within range of your device. Check for any Wi-Fi or electronic interference and try re-pairing the Hearphones by forgetting the device in Bluetooth settings and pairing again.
