Ensure the machine is on a flat surface. Connect the power supply and check all safety features. Turn on the main power switch and adjust the blast settings according to the surface requirements.
Regularly inspect and clean the filters. Empty the dust collector when it reaches its capacity. Check for any blockages in the hose and ensure the seals are intact.
Check the abrasive flow rate and adjust it as needed. Inspect the blast wheel for wear and replace if necessary. Ensure the machine's settings match the surface type being treated.
Perform a general inspection and cleaning after every 40 hours of operation. A full service, including checking all mechanical components, should be done every 200 hours.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as goggles, gloves, and ear protection. Ensure the area is clear of obstructions and unauthorized personnel during operation.
