To start a wash cycle, first load your laundry into the drum, add detergent to the dispenser, close the door, select the desired wash program using the control knob, and press the Start/Pause button.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or clogged. Also, ensure the pump filter is not blocked by foreign objects. Clean the filter if necessary and ensure the hose is properly positioned.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out and pressing the release latch. Wash the compartments under warm running water, removing any detergent residue, and then reinsert the drawer.
Excessive vibration can occur if the washer is not level. Check and adjust the leveling feet. Also, ensure that the load is balanced and not too heavy.
Run an empty hot wash cycle with a drum cleaner or a small amount of detergent to keep the drum fresh and clean. This should be done regularly to prevent odors and buildup.
Perform a drum clean cycle, clean the detergent drawer, and leave the door slightly open between washes to allow air circulation. Also, check for any obstructions in the drain filter.
Ensure the door is closed firmly, the washer is plugged in, and the water supply is turned on. Check the circuit breaker and make sure the Start/Pause button is pressed.
Use only high-efficiency (HE) detergent and follow the manufacturer's recommended dosage based on your load size and water hardness. Avoid using too much detergent.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer, check and clean the pump filter, run a drum clean cycle monthly, and ensure the door seal is wiped and dry to prevent mold.
Use cold water settings when possible, wash full loads without overloading, and select eco-friendly wash programs. Additionally, ensure regular maintenance for optimal performance.
