To start a wash cycle, first load your laundry into the drum. Add detergent to the detergent compartment. Close the door securely, select the desired program using the program dial, adjust any settings as needed, and press the start/pause button to begin the cycle.
If the machine does not start, ensure it is plugged in and the power is on. Check if the door is securely closed. Verify that the water supply is turned on. If the issue persists, refer to the troubleshooting section of the user manual or contact customer support.
To clean the filter, first, ensure the machine is turned off and unplugged. Open the filter cover at the bottom of the machine, place a container to catch any water, and slowly unscrew the filter cap. Remove the filter and clean it under running water. Reinsert the filter and secure the cap.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked. Ensure the filter is clean and not clogged. Verify that the drain pump is functioning. If these steps do not resolve the issue, consult the user manual or contact a service technician.
To use the delay start feature, select your desired program and settings. Then, press the delay start button until the desired delay time is displayed. Press the start/pause button to activate the delay timer. The machine will start after the set delay time has elapsed.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the detergent drawer, checking and cleaning the filter, and wiping down the door seal to prevent mold. Additionally, run the machine on a hot wash without laundry periodically to clean the drum.
Ensure the machine is level and stable. Check that the transit bolts have been removed. Avoid overloading the drum, as this can cause imbalance. Distribute laundry evenly inside the drum.
Error code E02 typically indicates a water supply issue. Ensure that the water tap is turned on and that the inlet hose is not kinked. Check for blockages in the hose. If the problem persists, contact customer service for assistance.
Use the correct amount of detergent based on load size and soil level. Select appropriate wash programs and temperatures for the fabric type. Avoid overloading the washer to ensure clothes move freely and wash thoroughly.
Run an empty hot wash cycle with a cup of white vinegar or a washing machine cleaner to eliminate odors. Ensure the door is left slightly open between washes to allow air circulation. Regularly clean the detergent drawer and door seal.
