To start a wash cycle, first load your laundry into the drum. Add detergent to the designated compartment. Select the desired wash program using the program dial. Press the 'Start/Pause' button to begin the cycle.
If the machine doesn't drain, check the drain hose for blockages. Ensure the hose is not kinked and is positioned correctly. Also, inspect the pump filter for obstructions. Clean it if necessary and try running the drain cycle again.
To clean the detergent drawer, remove it by pressing the release latch. Rinse it under warm water to remove any detergent residue. Use a soft brush to clean hard-to-reach areas. Dry thoroughly before reinserting it into the machine.
The Beko WTK84011W has a maximum load capacity of 8 kg for cotton programs. For synthetic and delicate fabrics, refer to the user manual for recommended load limits.
Ensure that the washing machine is level and stable. Adjust the feet if necessary. Check that the laundry load is balanced and not too heavy on one side. Avoid overloading the drum.
To perform a drum clean cycle, run an empty wash cycle at the highest temperature. Add a drum cleaning detergent or a small amount of white vinegar to the detergent drawer. This helps to remove residue and keep the drum fresh.
Check if the door is closed securely. Ensure the power supply is connected and switched on. Verify that the 'Start/Pause' button has been pressed. If the problem persists, refer to the troubleshooting section in the user manual.
To reduce energy consumption, use lower temperature settings whenever possible. Select shorter wash cycles for lightly soiled clothes. Always wash with a full load, but do not overload the machine.
Run a hot wash cycle with a drum cleaner or white vinegar to eliminate odors. Ensure the machine is ventilated by leaving the door slightly open after each use. Regularly clean the detergent drawer and door seal to prevent mold build-up.
Turn off the water supply and disconnect the inlet hose. Remove the filter from the inlet valve using pliers. Rinse the filter under running water to remove any debris. Reinstall the filter and reconnect the hose securely.
