To start a wash cycle, first load your laundry into the drum. Add detergent to the dispenser, close the door, select the desired program using the control knob, and then press the start/pause button.
Check if the washer is plugged in and the power is on. Ensure the door is fully closed. Verify that the water supply is turned on. If the problem persists, check the circuit breaker and consult the manual for error codes.
Ensure the washing machine is level by adjusting the feet. Make sure the load is balanced inside the drum. Avoid overloading the machine, and check if transit bolts have been removed if the machine is newly installed.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out and pressing the release catch. Clean the compartments with warm water and a brush to remove any residue. Allow it to dry before reinserting it into the machine.
Ensure you are using the correct spin speed for the load. Check the drain filter for blockages. Make sure the drain hose is not kinked or clogged, and consider redistributing the load to balance it.
Run a maintenance wash with an empty drum, using a drum-cleaning detergent or vinegar and baking soda. This should be done monthly to prevent mold and detergent buildup.
An E10 error indicates a water supply issue. Check that the water tap is fully open, the inlet hose is not kinked, and the inlet filter is not blocked. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Leave the door open after each wash to allow moisture to escape. Regularly clean the door seal and detergent drawer. Use a washing machine cleaner monthly to inhibit mold growth.
The drain pump filter should be cleaned every three months or if you notice drainage issues. Ensure the machine is off, open the filter cover, and have a container ready to catch any water that escapes.
Ensure the detergent drawer is clean and not clogged. Use the recommended type and amount of detergent. If using detergent tablets, place them directly in the drum.
