Check if the drain hose is kinked or clogged. Ensure the filter is clean and the pump is not blocked. If the problem persists, consider calling a service technician.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out and pressing the release button. Wash it under warm water to remove detergent residues, then dry and reinsert it.
Run an empty cycle with hot water and a cup of white vinegar. Additionally, regularly clean the door seal and detergent drawer to prevent odor build-up.
Ensure the machine is level by adjusting the feet. Check that the load is evenly distributed and not overloaded. Remove any transit bolts if still present.
Regularly clean the filter, detergent drawer, and door seal. Run a maintenance wash monthly and ensure the machine is level to prevent excessive wear.
Error code E10 indicates a water inlet problem. Check that the water supply tap is turned on, the inlet hose is not kinked, and the filter at the water inlet is not blocked.
Some noise is normal, particularly during the spin cycle. However, if you hear loud or unusual noises, check for foreign objects in the drum or a faulty bearing.
Add fabric softener to the designated compartment in the detergent drawer, ensuring not to exceed the maximum fill line. The machine will dispense it automatically.
Wait a few minutes for the door lock to release. If it remains locked, unplug the machine, wait for a few minutes, and try again. If the issue persists, contact a technician.
