To start a wash cycle, load your laundry into the drum, add detergent, close the door, select the desired program using the control knob, and press the start/pause button.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or clogged. Ensure that the filter is clean and the pump is not obstructed. If the problem persists, contact a service technician.
To clean the detergent drawer, remove it from the machine, rinse it under warm water to remove any detergent residue, and dry it thoroughly before reinserting it.
Regularly clean the drum, seal, and detergent drawer. Check and clean the filter monthly, and run a maintenance wash with a drum cleaner every few months.
Ensure the machine is level and stable. Check that all transportation bolts have been removed. Verify that the load is balanced inside the drum.
Wait a few minutes for the door lock mechanism to release. If it still doesn't open, ensure the machine is not still in a cycle. If the issue persists, unplug the machine and consult the manual.
Select the desired program and press the delay start button until the desired delay time is displayed. Press start to activate the delay timer.
Ensure the water supply tap is turned on, the inlet hose is not kinked, and the filter in the inlet valve is not blocked.
Use lower temperature settings, wash full loads, and select eco-friendly programs to reduce energy consumption.
To reset the washing machine, turn it off and unplug it for a few minutes. Plug it back in and turn it on to reset the system.
