To start a wash cycle, first load your laundry into the drum. Add the appropriate amount of detergent to the dispenser. Select the desired wash program using the program selection knob. Press the start/pause button to initiate the cycle.
Ensure that the machine is plugged in and switched on. Check that the door is closed properly. Also, verify if the water supply is turned on and the program has been selected correctly.
To clean the detergent drawer, remove it by pulling it towards you while pressing the release button. Rinse it under warm water to remove any detergent residue, then dry it thoroughly before reinserting it into the machine.
Ensure the machine is level by adjusting its feet. Check if the laundry is evenly distributed in the drum. Avoid overloading the machine and ensure it's not in direct contact with walls or furniture.
Run an empty cycle at the hottest temperature setting. You can add a drum cleaning agent or a cup of white vinegar to the drum to help remove any residues or odors.
Check the drainage hose for kinks or blockages. Clean the pump filter to remove any obstructions. Ensure the drain hose is positioned correctly at the proper height.
It is recommended to clean the pump filter every 3 months or if you notice the machine is not draining efficiently.
Run a maintenance wash with a drum cleaner or white vinegar. Leave the door open after each wash to allow the drum to dry, which helps prevent odors.
Remove clothes promptly after the cycle ends and shake them out before drying. Use the appropriate spin speed for your fabric type to reduce wrinkles.
Refer to the user manual to identify the error code. Follow the recommended steps for troubleshooting or contact Beko customer service if the issue persists.
