To start a wash cycle, load your laundry into the drum, add detergent to the appropriate compartment, select the desired program using the program selector dial, and press the start/pause button.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or clogged. Ensure that the drain pump filter is clean. If the problem persists, there may be a blockage in the plumbing.
Remove the detergent drawer by pressing down on the release latch, then rinse it under warm water to remove any residue. Use a soft brush to clean the compartments if necessary.
Ensure that the machine is level and stable on the floor. Check if the transit bolts have been removed. Redistribute the laundry evenly inside the drum.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer and door seal. Check and clean the drain pump filter. Run an empty hot wash cycle with a washing machine cleaner monthly to maintain hygiene.
Inspect hoses for any cracks or loose connections. Ensure the door seal is clean and intact. Verify that the detergent drawer is not overfilled.
Wait a few minutes after the cycle ends as the door lock may take time to release. If still locked, check for water inside the drum and drain it manually. If the problem continues, consult the manual or contact customer support.
Use lower temperature settings when possible, select eco-friendly programs, and ensure full loads to maximize efficiency. Regular maintenance also helps in reducing energy usage.
Loud noises may result from overloading, unbalanced loads, or foreign objects in the drum or pump. Check the drum and filter for any obstructions.
To use the delay start function, load the laundry, select the desired program, then press the delay button to set the time delay. Press the start/pause button to activate the delay.
