To start a wash cycle, first load your laundry into the drum. Add detergent to the detergent compartment. Select the desired wash program using the program selector knob. Press the start/pause button to begin the cycle.
If the machine is not draining, check the drain hose for any kinks or blockages. Ensure the drain pump filter is clean and not clogged. If the problem persists, contact Beko customer support for assistance.
Remove the detergent drawer by pressing down on the release latch. Wash the drawer under warm water to remove any detergent residue. Dry it thoroughly before reinserting it into the machine.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer, drum, and door seal to prevent mold and detergent buildup. Run a maintenance wash with a washing machine cleaner monthly and check the drain pump filter regularly.
Ensure the washing machine is level by adjusting the feet at the bottom. Make sure the load is balanced and avoid overloading the drum. Distribute clothes evenly around the drum for even spinning.
Strange noises could be due to loose objects like coins in the drum or filter. Check the drum and filter for any foreign objects. If noise persists, inspect the drive belt and motor for wear or damage.
To use the delay start function, load the machine and select your desired program. Press the delay button to set the desired delay time. Press the start/pause button to activate the delay timer.
Ensure the cycle has completely finished. If the door remains locked, wait a few minutes for the lock to release. If it still won't open, unplug the machine for a few minutes before trying again.
To reduce energy consumption, wash full loads, use lower temperature settings, and choose eco-friendly or quick wash programs when possible. Regular maintenance also ensures efficient operation.
Use a high-efficiency (HE) detergent to prevent excess suds and ensure optimal washing performance. Liquid or powder detergents are both suitable, depending on your preference.
