To clean the ceramic glass surface, allow it to cool down and then use a soft cloth or sponge with a non-abrasive cleaning solution. Avoid using harsh chemicals or sharp objects that could scratch the surface.
Ensure that the hob is properly connected to the power supply. Check the circuit breaker or fuse box to see if a fuse has blown or the breaker has tripped. If the issue persists, contact a qualified technician.
To activate the control lock, press and hold the lock button for a few seconds until the indicator light turns on. This will prevent any accidental changes to the hob settings.
A clicking sound is normal when the hob is heating up or cooling down due to the expansion and contraction of materials. However, if the sound is persistent and loud, it may require technical inspection.
After a power outage, simply turn the hob off and then on again to reset it. If any error codes appear, refer to the user manual for further instructions.
The Beko CIHV21B is an induction hob, so it requires cookware with a magnetic base. Ensure your pots and pans are suitable for induction cooking.
Regularly clean the ceramic surface with appropriate cleaners, and ensure the ventilation is unobstructed. Periodically check the power cord and connections for any signs of wear or damage.
Use the touch controls on the hob to adjust the heat settings. Simply press the plus or minus buttons to increase or decrease the heat level.
Refer to the user manual to identify the error code and follow the troubleshooting steps provided. If the problem persists, contact Beko customer service for assistance.
Use cookware with smooth bottoms and avoid dragging them across the surface. Clean spills immediately to prevent residue that can scratch when hardened.
