Beko BDFN User Manual

To reset your Beko BDFN dishwasher, press and hold the start button for about 3 seconds until the control panel resets. This will clear any settings and restart the machine.
Ensure the dishwasher is properly plugged in and the door is fully closed. Check if there is a power outage and verify the circuit breaker. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
Remove the lower rack and locate the filter at the bottom of the dishwasher. Twist it counterclockwise to remove. Rinse under running water and use a soft brush to remove debris. Reinstall the filter by twisting it clockwise.
Check for blockages in the drain hose and ensure it's not kinked. Clean the filter and inspect the sink drain for clogs. If these steps don't work, the issue may require professional service.
Use a high-quality dishwasher detergent, either in powder, gel, or tablet form. Ensure it is suitable for automatic dishwashers and follow the manufacturer's instructions for dosage.
Ensure that the rinse aid dispenser is filled, as this helps with drying. Also, try using a higher drying setting and rearrange the dishes to improve air circulation.
Clean the filter and spray arms, and run an empty cycle with a dishwasher cleaner or vinegar. Regular cleaning and leaving the door slightly ajar after cycles can prevent odors.
Place larger items like pots and pans on the bottom rack, and delicate items and glasses on the top rack. Ensure that items do not block the spray arms and that the detergent dispenser can open freely.
Check for any obstructions or loose items within the dishwasher. Ensure the spray arms are not hitting dishes. If noises persist, it could be a sign of a mechanical issue needing professional attention.
Regular maintenance, such as cleaning the filter and checking spray arms, should be performed monthly. Additionally, inspect the door seals and run a cleaning cycle every few months.
