Recorded footage can be accessed through the Aztech Blink app. Go to the 'Library' section where you can view and manage all the recorded clips stored in the cloud.
To reset the camera, locate the reset button usually at the back or bottom of the device. Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the LED indicator blinks, indicating a successful reset.
Regularly clean the camera lens with a soft, dry cloth to ensure clear image quality. Check for software updates in the app to keep the camera's firmware up to date. Ensure the camera is mounted securely and protected from harsh weather conditions if used outdoors.
Ensure that motion detection is enabled in the camera settings within the app. Adjust the sensitivity settings to a higher level if needed. Check if there are any obstructions in the camera's field of view.
In the Aztech Blink app, go to the camera settings and select 'Share Access'. Enter the email addresses of the family members you wish to share access with. They will receive an invitation to view the camera feed.
First, clean the camera lens. If the problem persists, check the camera's focus settings in the app. Ensure the camera is securely mounted and not subject to vibrations.
Reduce the frequency of video recording and adjust motion detection sensitivity. Turn off features like night vision if they are not needed. Ensure the camera is operating within its optimal temperature range.
Check if the camera is properly connected to a power source. Try using a different power adapter and cable. If the camera uses batteries, replace them with new ones. Perform a reset to see if it resolves the issue.
