Ensure the tractor is in neutral, depress the clutch, and turn the ignition key to start the engine. Allow the engine to warm up for a few minutes before use.
Regular maintenance should be performed every 50 hours, including checking and changing the oil, inspecting the air filter, and greasing all lubrication points.
Check for low hydraulic fluid levels, inspect hoses and connections for leaks, and ensure the hydraulic filter is clean. If issues persist, consult a professional technician.
Stop the tractor immediately, allow the engine to cool, and check the coolant level. Inspect the radiator for debris or damage. Refill coolant if necessary or consult a mechanic if the problem continues.
Locate the brake adjustment bolts near the rear wheels. Loosen the locknut, adjust the bolt to the desired tension, and retighten the locknut. Test the brakes for proper function.
Use diesel fuel with a minimum cetane rating of 45. For best performance, use low-sulfur diesel fuel.
Regularly maintain the engine, keep tires properly inflated, and operate at optimal engine RPMs. Avoid excessive idling and overloading the tractor.
Warm up the engine, turn it off, and place a drain pan under the oil pan. Remove the drain plug, let the oil drain completely, then replace the plug and refill with new oil. Replace the oil filter as needed.
Locate the air filter housing, remove the cover, and take out the old filter. Insert a new filter, ensuring it is seated correctly, and replace the housing cover securely.
Clean the tractor thoroughly, change the oil and filter, add a fuel stabilizer to the tank, and disconnect the battery. Store the tractor in a dry, sheltered location, and cover it to protect from dust and moisture.
